Terms of Service for Nextvoria

Welcome to Nextvoria. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Education & Courses offerings on nextvoria.com as of 2025.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services, informational products, and merchandise provided by Nextvoria.

2. Educational Services

Nextvoria offers live and recorded classes, workshops, and tutoring sessions. Eligibility, schedules, and participation requirements are detailed on the course pages. All sessions are subject to availability.

3. Informational Products

Digital resources such as eBooks, video tutorials, and downloadable guides are provided upon purchase. Access credentials will be delivered via email.

4. Merchandise

Physical goods including branded apparel and instructional materials can be ordered through the online store. Shipping times vary by destination.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the checkout process. Payment methods are processed securely through authorized third-party processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to the fee schedule and processing terms.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Educational Services

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start date. Approved requests will receive a refund to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the start date do not qualify for reimbursement due to staffing and resource commitments.

6.2 Informational Products

Refund requests for digital products may be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that no more than ten percent (10%) of the content has been accessed. Approved requests will be reimbursed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Requests after this period or for products with access exceeding ten percent (10%) will be declined.

6.3 Merchandise

Physical goods are eligible for reimbursement if they are sent back in their original, unopened condition within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a reimbursement request, please contact us via Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be issued within fifteen (15) business days from the date we receive the item. Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements.

6.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain customized coaching sessions, private consultations, and bespoke course packages are non-refundable due to the individualized planning and preparation involved. Such services may not be eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances.

7. Service Transfer

Educational service registrations may be transferred to another individual upon written notice at least three (3) days prior to the original start date. Transfer requests submitted after this window are subject to Nextvoria’s approval and available capacity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Nextvoria are owned by Nextvoria and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
